  • 方法一:由异戊巴比妥（见02870）成盐而得。先配制好氢氧化钠乙醇溶液，将异戊巴比妥溶解在氢氧化钠乙醇液中，再加入活性炭，在室温搅拌下脱色半小时。滤去活性炭，滤液减压蒸馏回收乙醇。加入丙酮使异戊巴比胺纳结晶析出。过滤，减压干燥，得产品，收率为70%。
