  • 用途一:富右旋胺菊酯是我公司主产品之一,产品性状与 右旋胺菊酯相同,是世界卫生组织推荐用于公共卫生的主要杀虫剂之一。富右旋胺菊酯对蚊、蝇等卫生昆虫具有卓越的击倒力,对蟑螂有较强的驱赶作用,可将栖居在黑暗裂隙处的蟑螂赶跑出来,但致死性能差,有复苏现象,故常与其它杀死力高的药剂复配使用。加工成气雾剂或喷射剂,以防治家庭和畜舍的蚊、蝇和蟑螂等。还可以防治庭园害虫和食品仓库害虫。

  • 方法一:胺醇的合成 将1,2,4,6-四氢化邻苯二甲酸杆和五氧化二磷混合在反应器中,反应温度200℃,反应结束减压蒸馏得3,4,5,6-四氢化邻苯二甲酸酐。然后将其与尿素反应,得3,4,5,6-四氢化邻苯二甲酰亚胺。将亚胺、37%甲醛溶液、1%氢氧化钠溶液混合,以二氯乙烷为溶剂,加热回流,冷却后分出有机层,水层用二氯乙烷萃取,萃取液登工有机层,并用水洗涤,减压蒸馏得粗胺醇。粗胺醇加甲苯溶解,冷却至室温使之结晶,过滤、干燥得结晶状胺醇。 菊酰氯的制备 将菊酸乙酯、液碱、乙醇在加热条件下回流皂化,pH>;9,常压蒸出乙醇,加适量水,使菊酸钠溶解,再滴加10%盐酸,边搅拌加酸化,至水层pH≤2,分出有机层,水层用甲苯萃取,合并有机层,再水洗一次,蒸出甲苯得粗菊酸。将菊酸、三氯化磷和甲苯于50℃反应4h,分出亚磷酸,有机层减压脱溶,得粗菊酰氯。进一步减压蒸馏,收集96~98℃/2kPa馏分,得精菊酰氯。 胺菊酯的合成 加入胺醇、吡啶和甲苯,开动搅拌,微微加热,使胺醇全部溶解,冷却后,滴加菊酰氯甲苯溶液,滴毕于50~60℃反应2h。反应毕过滤,甲苯洗涤滤饼,合并滤液和洗涤液,用酸洗、碱洗、水洗至中性,减压脱溶,得胺菊酯原油,含量92%~93℃,收率92%以上。
