  • 治畜禽呼吸道疾病。与红霉素相似。对革兰阳性菌和霉形体有较强抗菌作用，对部分革兰阴性菌、钩端螺旋体、立克次及衣原体也有效。小剂量作猪、鸡饲料添加剂，具有促进生长作用。主要用于百日咳、肺炎、支气管炎、扁桃体炎、中耳炎、淋病、淋病性尿路炎等病症的治疗。
