  • 方法一:由1-甲基-5-氯咪唑经硝化得到。将1-甲基-5-氯咪唑加入搪玻璃反应锅,然后在冷却下加入硝酸。继续在冷却下滴加硫酸,加毕,在100℃反应2h,再冷却,加入冰水析出产品,经过滤干燥得5-氯-1-甲基-4-硝基咪唑。收率为86%。
