• 急性毒性:口服- 大鼠 LD50: 1250 毫克/ 公斤
• 方法一:由肉桂酸溴化而得。在肉桂酸中加入溴素，生成二溴代肉桂酸，再加入碳酸钠并经水蒸气蒸馏，同时进行脱CO2与脱HBr而生成溴代苏合香烯。产率约80%。
