  • 生产方法:由氯代甲酸异丙酯与过氧化钠反应而得：先将氢氧化钠溶液加入搪瓷玻璃反应锅中，滴加双氧水，温度保持在10℃；左右，得到过氧化钠溶液。将此溶液缓缓滴入氯代甲酸异丙酯中，温度严格控制在(10±2)℃，以防爆炸。加完后，继续搅拌至反应结束。静置分层，上层为乳白色的IPP，下层为含碱杂质的母液。将下层放出，锅内物料用12℃的冷水搅拌洗涤，静置分层，水在上层，IPP在下层。放出IPP，加二甲苯稀释至含量55％～60％，于-4℃冷藏备用。 附：氯代甲酸异丙酯的制备 氯代甲酸异丙酯(C 4 H 7 ClO 2 ，[108-23-6])可由异丙醇与氢氧化钠溶液加入搪瓷玻璃反应锅内，于40℃通光气5～7h，得到氯代甲酸异丙酯透明液体，水洗后低温保存。
