  • 方法一:由二氯乙酸与甲醇酯化而得。先将二氯乙酸投入反应锅，加热至120℃，滴加甲醇进行反应，生成的酯及水不断蒸出，蒸气冷凝器冷为酯、水、醇、酸的混合物，流入分水器，由下部经液封管流入粗二氯乙酸甲酯贮槽，醇与水由分水器溢流返回反应锅继续反应。二氯乙酸甲酯粗品以10%碳酸钠溶液在室温下中和至微碱性，静置分层后，用水洗涤酯层。将粗酯减压蒸馏，分出水分及甲醇等低沸物，收集65℃（8.0kPa）以上馏分即为成品。每吨产品消耗二氯乙酸（≥90%）1100kg、甲醇360kg。
