  • 用途二:主要用于野外灭鼠，尤其适于草原牧区。用含0.05-0.2%有效成份的药液，每亩30g，可杀除鼠兔和其他害鼠；防治黑线姬鼠，大仓鼠等害鼠，0.5、1.5%毒饵，10×5平方米放一堆,每堆10g；配制成含0.5%有效成分的大麦毒饵，投入鼠穴，效果更好。
  • 用途一:高毒、速效氟醇类杀鼠剂。主要用于野外灭鼠，尤其适用于草原牧区。能通过皮肤吸收，可经消化系统、呼吸系统或皮肤接触致鼠中毒死亡。使用含量0.6%，用于住宅、仓库、轮船等灭鼠时，将毒饵投入于鼠洞内（旁）或鼠经常活动的地方，每间房间投放4堆，每堆5～10g，田间灭鼠时每洞10g，投药后24h可见死鼠，2～4d出现高峰，4d后控制鼠患。
  • 方法一:以二甘醇为溶剂，于118℃加热回流环氧氯丙烷与氟化氢-氟化钾混合物。 反应后，经减压蒸馏得鼠甘伏。 或采用环氧氯丙烷与KHF2在二甘醇中于160～170℃反应，经减压和常压蒸馏制得鼠甘伏。
  • 方法二:氯甲基环氧乙烷与二氟氢化钾在二甘醇中于160-170℃反应，所得粗品经减压蒸馏，再经常压蒸馏，即得。原料消耗定额：氯甲基环氧乙烷1700kg/t、二氟氢化钾1000kg/t、二甘醇1920kg/t。
  • 毒性:对褐家兔急性经口LD 50 为30.0mg/kg(LD 50 35mg/kg )，达乌里鼠兔3.38mg/kg，草原黄鼠4.5mg/kg，长抓沙土鼠10.0mg/kg，中华鼢鼠2.8mg/kg，豚鼠4.0mg/kg。对家禽较安全，鸡LD 50 1500mg/kg 、鸭2000mg/kg。对家畜毒性高。Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠睾丸原细胞染色体畸变试验均为阴性，无明显蓄积性。
