  • 抗抑郁症药:苯乙肼是一种抗抑郁躁狂药,属单胺氧化酶抑制剂,抗抑郁作用与尼亚酰胺相似,可减少脑内儿茶酚胺(去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、5-羟色胺)的降解,使儿茶酚胺含量增多,而起抗抑郁作用。对内源性抑郁症效果较好,对外源性及反应性抑郁症效果不佳。 硫酸苯乙肼在重型抑郁症,心境恶劣性障碍和非典型抑郁症的治疗中是有效的,它对治疗惊恐性障碍和恐怖性障碍都有作用。某些使用三环类药物难于治疗的患者,尤其是非典型抑郁症或严重焦虑症患者,采用苯乙肼则可能有效。 苯乙肼在某些贪食症患者可改善其饮食习惯,然而,其对此病的确切作用还有待于临床对照试验的结果。 由于苯乙肼的毒性大,目前在临床上已经很少使用。 以上信息由Chemicalbook的瑶瑶编辑整理。

  • 不良反应与注意事项:1. 常见的不良反应为直立性低血压及自主神经功能紊乱,如口干、水肿、便秘、失眠、恶心,也可有震颤、共济失调、反射亢进等。超量时导致昏厥、多汗、脉快、呼吸表浅等,可肌内注射氯丙嗪对抗。 2. 苯乙肼对肝脏有毒性反应,可造成肝损害,长期用药应定期检查肝功能。肝功能不全者禁用。 3. 肾功能不全、高血压及癫痫病人慎用。 4. 不能突然停药,在用三环类抗抑郁药(如:盐酸丙咪嗪、盐酸阿米替林、盐酸去甲替林、盐酸麦普替林、盐酸普罗替林、三甲丙咪嗪等)同时或先后均不可使用本品,以免产生毒性。 5. 苯乙肼与抗胆碱药、抗组胺药、降糖药、降压药、巴比妥类及麻醉药均不得合用。
