  • 方法一:由苯乙腈加压催化加氢制得。将液氨通入苯乙腈，冷却吸收后与雷尼镍混合加入高压釜，排除空气，通氢。在10MPa左右于80-120℃反应3h至不再吸氢为止，冷却泄压，过滤。取滤液减压蒸馏，收集90-93℃（2kPa）馏分，即为2-苯基乙胺。收率90%。如制备2-苯基乙胺盐酸盐（156-28-5），则取上述滤液，于60℃以下用盐酸调节至pH为3-4，冷却到5℃，静置8h，过滤即得。盐酸盐为片状结晶。熔点223-224℃（217℃）。
