Appearance 常是三种异构体共存，无色稠厚液体。相对密度0.930-0.936，折射率 1.482-1.485，闪点90℃，溶于3体积60%乙醇或2体积70%乙醇及油质香料中，有清香似海桐花气息和紫丁香、铃兰的鲜幽香气，是梧青的代表香气。气势淡弱，不够留长。
Solubility1份松油醇能溶于2份（体积）70%的乙醇溶液中，微溶于水和甘油。
