| Appearance | 无色至微黄色油状液体。具有黑胡椒和蔼荷似香气。有左旋体和右旋体两种异构物。右旋体沸点66～68℃，左旋体沸点58～59℃(2133Pa)。闪点，49℃。溶于乙醇和乙醚，不溶于水。 右旋体存在于肉桂油、姜油、榄香脂油、小茴香油等中。左旋体存在于桉叶油、八角茴香油、甘榻油、月桂油、胡椒油等中。 |
