  • 方法一:由2,6-二硝基苯胺经重氮化、置换而得。将亚硝酸钠加入浓硫酸中,搅拌,加热至70℃,待全部溶解后,将溶液冷却至25-30℃。慢慢加入2,6-二硝基苯胺和冰醋酸配制的溶液,控制加入速度,使反应温度在40℃以上。加完后在40℃搅拌半小时。然后加入经过预冷的氯化亚铜浓盐酸溶液,反应放热,并产生气泡。当反应变得缓和时,加热至80℃、20min后停止冒气泡。加入等体积的水,冷却,过滤,水洗,干燥,用乙酸重结晶,得2,6-二硝基氯苯。收率约70%。
