  • 方法一:以四氯化钛和氟化氢为原料制备四氟化钛,将50%的四氯化钛按化学计量比的量装入铂制或铜制的反应器中,滴加氟化氢使其反应,将反应物静置数小时,再徐徐加热,加热至200℃时蒸馏出含氟化氢的氯化氢,再继续升温至284℃以上使四氟化钛升华,经冷却即得到四氟化钛粉末产品,用密封的铜制容器贮存。其反应如下:
