  • 方法一:1，2，，3，4-四氢化邻苯二甲酐的制备 将顺丁烯二酸杆和苯混合加热，使顺酐溶解，待温度升至70℃时，通入丁二烯，在（75±2）℃反应，直至通气反应至终点，然后趁热把物料放入结晶槽，冷却至室温，过滤，滤饼于50～70℃干燥，得1，2，3，4-四氢化邻苯二甲酸酐，含量95%以上。 1，2，3，4-四氢化邻苯二甲酰亚胺的制备 将氨水加长反应瓶中，于50℃以下加长1，2，3，4-四氢化邻苯二甲酸酐，逐渐升温至105～110℃，使剩余的游离氨及水蒸发，再逐渐升温至230～250℃，约5～6h，将物料放出，冷却至80℃,加热水溶解，冷却结晶，过滤，干燥，得1，2，3，4-四氢化邻苯二甲酰亚胺。 克菌丹的合成 将1，2，3，4-四氢化邻苯二甲酸亚胺加入到预冷至0℃的5%～6%的氢氧化钠溶液中，待完全溶解后，加入三氯硫氯甲烷，在0～5℃反应。当pH值为8以下时，视反应结束，过滤，滤饼用水洗至中性，干燥，得克菌丹。
