  • 方法一:由十八胺、甲醛、甲酸经缩合制得。先将十八胺加入反应器,在乙醇介质中搅拌均匀,温度控制在50-60℃加入甲酸,搅拌数分钟后,在60-65℃时加入甲醛,升温至80-83℃,回流保温2h,用液碱中和,使pH值大于10,静置分层,去水,减压蒸馏脱除乙醇后经冷却,即得N,N-二甲基十八胺。原料消耗定额:十八胺(工业品)917kg/t、乙醇(95%)417kg/t、甲酸510kg/t、甲醛(37%)546kg/t。此外,还有直接由高级醇与二甲胺合成的方法。用十八醇与二甲胺在催化剂存在下,于180-220℃液相中进行催化胺化,脱去一分子水,即得粗叔胺,经减压蒸馏即得高纯度的N,N-二甲基十八胺。每吨产品消耗十八醇971kg,二甲胺170kg。
