  • 沉淀法制备异辛酸锌:沉淀法是以氢氧化钠、异辛酸和硫酸锌为原料,通过皂化反应和复分解反应来制备异辛酸锌。 沉淀法的第一步是先制成钠皂,即氢氧化钠和异辛酸反应生成钠皂( 异辛酸钠) 。该反应的化学方程式如下: RCOOH + NaOH = RCOONa + H2O 式中: R为CH3(CH2)3CH(C2H5) 皂化反应完成之后,使用硫酸锌溶液置换,生成异辛酸锌。该反应的化学方程式如下: 2RCOONa + ZnSO4 = Zn (RCOO)2 + Na2SO4 式中: R为CH3(CH2)3CH (C2H5) 合成步骤: 在反应器中加入一定量的异辛酸和氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌升温至一定温度进行皂化反应,然后加入一定量的矿物油和硫酸锌溶液,在充分搅拌下进行反应。待反应完全后,静置分层,分离出下层水相,再用热水清洗上层油层2~3次,并分析洗液中锌的含量。然后上层油相经减压蒸馏脱水即可得到异辛酸锌产品,并测定其锌的含量,计算相应异辛酸锌的收率。
