  • 方法一:用盐酸加热水解头发6~8h,减压蒸出盐酸,用活性炭脱色、过滤,滤液用氨水中和后得L-胱氨酸粗结晶,然后用氨水重结晶得L-胱氨酸。再以L-胱氨酸为原料,经还原可得L-半胱氨酸,其方法有二。 锡粒还原法。 将L-胱氨酸溶解于稀盐酸,加入锡粒并升温回流还原反应2h,滤去还原液中剩余的锡粒,并用水稀释,然后通人硫化氢使其饱和;过滤,滤渣用少量水洗;合并洗液和滤液,经减压浓缩、冷却结晶、分离、干燥得L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐。 HOOCCH(NH2)CH2SSCH2CH(NH2)COOH+Sn[HCl,H2S→HSCH2CH(NH2)COOH·CHl 电解还原法 将L-胱氨酸和稀盐酸加入电解槽,搅拌溶解,并在50℃下电解;电解液通硫化氢数小时使之饱和;过滤,滤液加活性炭脱色,脱色液经减压浓缩、冷却结晶、分离、干燥得L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐,每吨产品消耗胱氨酸0.7t,盐酸1t。 HOOCCH(NH2)CH2SSCH2CH(NH2)COOH+HCl→HSCH2CH(NH2)COOH·CHl
