  • 方法一:在存在硫酸的条件下,由水杨酸与反应制得。在存在硫酸的情况下,将溶于异戊醇的水杨酸加热反应,蒸出反应生成和剩余的异戊醇,除去水后的异戊醇再返回反应。反应结束后,将得到的产物用水和碳酸钠溶液洗涤除去水杨酸。将水杨酸盐的水溶液酸化,析出水杨酸,可再用于反应。将粗制的水杨酸异戊酯进行真空蒸馏。为了改善香质,可预先用水蒸气蒸去杂质。水杨酸异戊酯收率为80%。

  • 用途一:水杨酸酯类有许多品种属香料,其中最常用的有水杨酸甲酯、水杨酸异戊酯、水杨酸苄酯。水杨酸甲酯在桦树皮油中的含量达96%,另外在桂皮油、依兰油、紫罗兰油、晚香玉油等精油里也有一定含量,但还未见到在精油中含有其他水杨酸酯的报道。水杨酸异戊酯是戊酯中最重要的品种,是调合三叶草香精的主剂。在调制康乃馨香精时用作多调合剂与定香剂。能与橡苔浸膏、香紫苏油、香叶醇等很好调和。该品是有机合成原料。也用作皂用香精和溶剂。
