  • 注意事项:1,主要不良反应是出血，最常见为鼻衄、牙龈出血、皮肤瘀斑、血尿、子宫出血、便血、伤口及溃疡处出血等。无测定凝血酶原时间或凝血酶原活性的条件时，切勿随便使用本品，以防过量引起低凝血酶原血症，导致出血。凝血酶原时间超过正常的２．５倍（正常值为１２秒）、凝血酶原活性降至正常值的１５％以下或出现出血时，应立即停药。严重时可用维生素Ｋ口服（４～２０ｍｇ）或缓慢静注（１０～２０ｍｇ），用药后６小时凝血酶原时间可恢复至安全水平。必要时，也可输入新鲜全血、血浆或凝血酶原复合物。 2.有出血倾向病人，如血友病、血小板减少性紫癜、严重肝肾疾病、活动性消化性溃疡、脑、脊髓及眼科手术病人禁用。 3.以下情况需慎用：恶病质、衰弱、发热、慢性酒精中毒、活动性肺结核、充血性心力衰竭、重度高血压、亚急性细菌性心内膜炎、月经过多、先兆流产等。 4.在长期应用最低维持量期间，如需进行手术，可先静注维生素Ｋ１注射液５０ｍｇ，但进行中枢神经系统及眼科手术前，应先停药。胃肠手术后，应查大便潜血。 5.乙酰水杨酸、保泰松。羟基保泰松、水合氯醛、双硫醒、利尿酸、奎尼丁、甲磺丁料、氯贝丁酯消炎痛、甲灭酸、奎宁、蛋白同化激素、四环素类、磺胺类等，能增强其抗凝血作用，从而增加出血倾向。 6.苯巴比妥和苯妥英钠能加速本品的代谢，减弱其抗凝血作用。
