  • 用途二:该品是卵磷酯生物合成前体,能促使卵磷脂生物合成。该品可促进大脑功能的恢复和苏醒。适用于脑外伤、中风后遗症等的意识障碍,也用于中枢神经系统急性损伤所致意识障碍。
  • 方法一:可从肝或酵母提取,也可通过化学合成。合成法以胞嘧啶-5'-二磷酸与乙烯亚胺反应生成胞嘧啶-5'-二磷酸氨基乙酯,然后用碘甲烷甲基化即得。也可将胞嘧啶-5'-磷酸酰胺与磷酸胆碱酯直接缩合而得。
  • 用途一:用于急性颅脑外伤及脑手术后的意识障碍。脑血栓、多发性脑栓塞、震颤麻痹、中风后遗症、脑动脉硬化所致脑供血不足、催眠药和一氧化碳中毒及各种器质性脑病。
