  • 方法一:硅铁氯化法先将硅铁加入氯化炉内，然后加热至300℃左右，以7.5 m 3 /h通人氯气进行反应生成四氯化硅，经冷凝后，得到粗品四氯化硅。将锑粉(为四氯化硅重量的0.05%)加入粗四氯化硅中进行精馏，经回流30 min然后取56～59℃的馏分，制得工业级四氯化硅成品。其 Si+2C12→SiCl4 将工业级四氯化硅进一步精馏并长时间回流，可制得高纯四氯化硅。

  • 重要原料:四氯化硅又称氯化硅，是合成有机硅高分子化合物和生产高纯硅的重要原料。常温下为无色透明、低粘度液体。有可燃性和窒息性。化学式SiCl4。相对分子质量 169.89。相对密度1.483。熔点-68.8℃。沸点57.57℃。折射率1.412。气体密度 (g/l)7.59。临界温度233℃。临界压力0.375MPa。溶于苯、二硫化碳、乙醚、氯仿、石油醚、四氯化碳、四氯化钛、四氯化锡。因本品硅氯键有很强的极性，与亲核试剂可发生激烈反应，并放出氯化氢气体。例如，与水接触就剧烈反应，放出大量热，水解生成硅酸，放出氯化氢而产生烟雾，在军事上用作烟幕剂；与氨反应生成硅烷基胺；与乙醇或苯酚反应生成硅酸酯；在高温(1000℃) 下四氯化硅可被氢气还原，产生元素硅；与金属氢化物，如氢化锂、氢化钠、氢化铝锂及硼氢化物等还原剂反应，可生成硅烷；与格氏试剂反应，也以生成四烃基硅烷或部分烃基硅烷；在高温下也能与氧反应，但在低温下对氧是稳定的。本品有毒!腐蚀皮肤，对眼及黏膜有强刺激性。大鼠吸入LD50800×10-6/4h。 四氯化硅制备硅酸四甲酯，硅酸四乙酯，硅酸四叔丁酯，硅酸四异丙酯的化学反应。 以上信息由Chemicalbook的晓楠编辑整理。

  • 四氯化硅的主要用途和作用:四氯化硅可用于制造高分散性硅胶，这是一种超微细的无水二氧化硅，具有增粘性、触变性、流动性、增强性等优点，可用于涂料、印刷油墨、漆、合成树脂、橡胶、医药、润滑脂、蜡及饲料等方面；也用作军事用烟雾毒气；也是制造硅酸乙酯(用作防锈涂料的展色剂、砂型粘合剂、耐火涂膜材料) 的原料；制造半导体材料高纯度特殊气体；高纯度的本品可用于特种玻璃及光导纤维等。
