方法一:由丙酮与次溴酸钠反应而得。先用溴素与碱液配制次溴酸钠，在碱性条件下，将丙酮迅速加入0-5℃的次溴酸钠中，使温度保持在30-50℃，待温度下降后，继续搅拌10min。丙酮与次溴酸钠反应经由三溴丙酮而分解为溴仿。静置分层，蒸馏，洗涤、过滤，干燥而得成品。原料消耗定额：丙酮650kg/t、溴素3500kg/t。
