  • 方法二:以氯乙酸、碳酸钠、氰化钠为原料，经中和、氰化、盐酸酸化而得。将碳酸钠悬浮液加入氯乙酸中，在45℃以下经循环中和至pH=7.5-8，中和完毕得氯乙酸钠液。将中和液加入氰化钠溶液中在105-115℃温度下，进行氰化，保温2-3分钟得氰乙酸钠，然后降温至50℃以下，将氰乙酸钠投入脱水锅中用盐酸进行酸化，最后减压脱水，即得氰乙酸成品。原料消耗定额：氯乙酸（95%）1240kg/t、氰化钠（96%）710kg/t。

  • 方法一:其制备方法是将氯乙酸溶于水，慢慢加入碳酸钠悬浮剂，在70℃保温1h，调节pH=6.8～7，持续20min，降温至40℃，将氰化钠和水加入反应锅中溶解、搅拌，加热至40～45℃，加入上述氯乙酸钠溶液，反应自然升温至70℃，控制升温速度，到达120℃立即降温，降至40℃以下，得氰乙酸钠溶液，转入酸化，该溶液在30℃加盐酸酸化然后减压加热脱水，在80℃和14.6～21.3kPa压力下脱水，当溶液中含水量在15％以下，降温到50℃加入乙醇，滤除反应生成的氯化钠，滤饼用乙醇洗涤，合并洗涤液，蒸出乙醇，即得氰基乙酸。 ClCH 2 COOH+Na 2 CO 3 →ClCH 2 COO
