  • 常规方法:同“1-甲基萘”。
  • 方法一:2-甲基萘主要存在于萘油馏分(含量约5.48%)和洗油馏分(含量约8.11%)中。1.甲基萘馏分蒸馏得到的237-241℃可结晶的窄馏分,用冷冻结晶法制得2-甲基萘。将其在40-45℃熔化,过滤,即得纯度在97%以上的2-甲基萘。2.在高温焦油中约含1.0%-1.8%。以煤焦油中的洗油为原料,经脱酚、脱吡啶碱后精馏切取240-245℃甲基萘馏分,冷冻至-20℃,此时,2-甲基萘呈结晶析出。然后再用发汗结晶法或甲醇,乙醇重结晶进行精制,即得产品。
