  • 中毒:环氧氯丙烷主要经呼吸道进入人体,也可经皮肤吸收。有强烈的刺激作用及致敏作用,并有轻度麻醉及原浆毒作用。高浓度液体和蒸气对眼和呼吸道粘膜有强烈刺激作用,可引起眼刺痛、流泪、咽干、咳嗽、喘息性支气管炎以及肝肾损害,严重患者可引起粘膜坏死脱落性气管炎、支气管周围炎、肺水肿和急性肾脏损害。液体污染皮肤,可出现灼伤、大疱形成及湿疹。长期吸入低浓度的蒸气,可引起四肢肌肉酸痛、腓肠肌压痛、腿软无力、全身乏力及头晕、失眠、多梦等。严重者可发生多发性神经炎。
