  • 方法一:以1,2,4-三甲苯为原料，经液相硝酸氧化法或钴（或锰）催化空气氧化法制得。空气氧化法的原料消耗定额：1,2,4-三甲苯（≥97%）1000kg/t、乙酸800kg/t、乙酸钴10kg/t、乙酸锰7.5kg/t、四溴乙烷10kg/t。 用途：1,2,4-苯三甲酸酐由美国阿莫科公司在1962年首先实现工业化生产以后，随着乙烯装置在大型化，三甲苯的资源增加，而该品作为耐热性、耐候性优良的增塑剂的原料，其消费量也在不断增加，1,2,4-苯三甲酸酐呈增长的趋势。在总消费量中，该品的90%以上用于聚氯乙烯增塑剂偏苯三酸二辛酯。随着各种电器产品的普及，在各类电气产品的发热部分均可使用耐热性优良的偏苯三酸酐类增塑剂。该品还用于制造聚酯树脂及聚酰亚胺树脂、水溶性聚酯树脂、水溶性聚氨酯树脂、水溶性氨基醇酸树脂以及高级航空润滑油、电力电容器浸渍油、粒料粘结剂、施胶剂、消烟剂、瞬时粘结剂等。在电线电缆方面、汽车内部装饰的坐垫人造革、电动洗衣机排水软管、百叶窗帘、手提包、密封材料及填料等方面，都有其应用领域。1,2,4-苯三甲酸酐还可用作环氧树脂固化剂、耐热绝缘层压物，耐热清漆、稳定剂、染料颜料，表面活性剂、胶片，以及水溶性涂料用的多元酸等。 #EndEditable "Content"
