  • 方法一:已二胺生产最初采用糠醛为原料,目前生产己二胺的工业方法较多,根据所用原料的不同有己二酸法、丁二烯法、丙烯腈法、己二醇法和己内酰胺法。其中己二酸法、丁二烯法和丙烯腈二聚法是经过中间物己二腈加氢生成己二胺,目前,几乎所有大规模生产己二胺的方法都是己二腈催化加氢法。1.工业上己二腈催化加氢有高压法和低压法两种。(1)高压法采用钴-铜催化剂,反应温度100-135℃,压力60-65MPa;也可采用铁催化剂,反应温度100-180℃,压剂可采用液氨,有时还加入芳烃(如甲苯)。己二胺的选择性约90-95%。生产中,将液态已腈、甲苯和氨与含氢氨以及少量的己二腈和甲苯的气体混合物通入装有钴-铜催化剂的反应器,生成的粗己二胺导出后,先使其与水进行共沸蒸馏,然后再通过几次真空蒸馏即得到适于制造尼龙66的高纯度产品。(2)低压法采用骨架镍、铁-镍或铬-镍催化剂,反应在氢氧化钠溶液中进行。反应温度约75℃,压力为3MPa,己二胺的选择性可达99%。为了防止催化剂中毒,对原料己二腈的纯度要求很高。2.以己二酸为原料的方法此法是将己二酸蒸气与过量的氨一起通过加热至340℃的硅胶等脱水催化剂,生成己二腈,然后在其中加入甲醇和液氨,用硅藻土镍为催化剂,在90-100℃下,以10.1325-20.265MPa氢进
