方法一:由溴丙烷与硫化钠反应而得。将溴丙烷慢慢加入用乙醇加热溶解的硫化钠溶液中，加完后回流7h。在加料反应过程中，搅拌不要太快。冷至室温，倒入25%的氯化钠溶液中盐析，彻底混合后静置分层。分取油层，用无水硫酸钠干燥后进行蒸馏，收集142-144℃馏分即为二丙硫。收率约70%。
