  • 方法一:将苯胲乙醚溶液在冰溶中冷却,通入氨至过量,在搅拌和继续通氨的情况下,滴加亚硝酸正丁酯,1h左右加完,再搅拌15min。滤出铜铁灵沉淀,用乙醚洗涤,干燥得成品。该品应贮放在棕色玻瓶中,瓶内放置少量用纸(或布)包好的碳酸铵作稳定剂。
  • 分析试剂:铜铁试剂是一种重要的分析试剂,为N-亚硝基羟胺的铵盐,俗称铜铁灵。通常情况下为白色或淡黄色光亮的鳞片状结晶,有甜味,久置因慢慢分解而颜色变暗,但实际上还可以在分析上使用。它易溶于水、苯、醇、醚。试剂受热分解生成硝基苯。在光和空气中不稳定,需要保存在棕色磨口试剂瓶中,通常瓶内放置少量用纸或布包好的碳酸铵作为防腐剂,放在密封避光阴凉处。可用作铜、铁、锡、钛、钒、铬等元素的沉淀剂和溶剂萃取剂,测定稀土作掩蔽剂。 将硝基苯用锌粉在氯化铵水溶液中还原,得到苯基羟胺,再将后者溶于乙醚中,通入过量氨气,并加入亚硝酸正丁酯,则得铜铁试剂,能与多种金属离子形成稳定的五元环螯合物,因此,它是常用的有机沉淀剂。可在强酸溶液中定量测定Fe3+离子,还可测定Cu2+,Sn4+,Ti4+,Ga3+,Hf4+等离子以及钒酸盐(VO-3,VO3-3)。当Fe3+,Cu2+离子与其它金属离子混在一起时,可用此试剂将它们分离出来。又是Al3+,Au3+,Be2+,Co2+,La3+,Pu4+等离子的螯合萃取剂及测定稀土金属离子的掩蔽剂等。
