  • 方法一:干法包括纯碱法、硫酸钠(芒硝)法和天然碱法。 纯碱法将纯碱和硅砂按一定比例均匀混合,在1400~1500℃进行熔融反应,熔融物经水淬冷却形成玻璃料,趁热投入溶解槽内,再通入蒸汽加热溶解,经沉降、浓缩、制得水玻璃。其 SiO2+Na2CO3→Na2O?nSiO2+CO2↑ 硫酸钠法先将硫酸钠(芒硝)和煤粉均匀混合,再加入硅砂,混合均匀后快速加入炉内进行反应,反应完成后,生成物出炉冷却、粉碎、溶解、沉淀、浓缩,制得水玻璃。其 2Na2SO4+2C+2nSiO2→2Na2O?nSiO2+S+SO2↑+2CO2↑ 天然碱法将天然碱、硅砂和煤粉按一定比例混合,再加入起调节作用的烧碱渣,把混合料经炉顶预热2~4h后投入炉内进行反应,经3~5h生成熔融物,经出料水淬冷却,把冷却形成的玻璃料溶解、沉淀、浓缩制得水玻璃。其 Na2CO3+nSiO2→Na2O?nSiO2+CO2↑ 2Na2SO4+2C+nSiO2→Na2O?nSiO2+SO2↑+2CO2↑+S 湿法将液体烧碱和硅砂按适当比例混合加入压热釜中,通人直接蒸汽加热,待反应釜中压力升至0.7~0.8 Mpa后,停止通入接蒸汽,用夹套蒸汽保温,维持此压力,反应数小时,将反应物过滤、浓缩,制得水玻璃。其 2NaO+nSiO2→Na2O?nSiO2+H2O
