  • 方法二:由苯酐与过量(4倍)的甲醇进行常压酯化,过量甲醇回流带水,反应得到DMP。将600kg苯酐、450kg90-95℃的甲醇、1050ml浓硫酸依次投入反应锅,加热回流24h。反应结束后,回收甲醇,然后用碳酸钠中和,用水洗涤,再经蒸馏即得成品。工业一级品邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的纯度≥99%。原料消耗定额:苯酐750kg/t、甲醇445kg/t。
