  • 邻溴氯苯:邻溴氯苯就是2-溴氯苯，它还存在2种异构体，即间溴氯苯、对溴氯苯，相对分子质量191.46，三种化合物均有毒，且比相应的二氯化物强得多。在乙醚中与金属Mg反应，生成对氯苯基溴化镁。以邻氯苯胺为原料，与浓氢溴酸混合，使温度降至0℃，在搅拌下，迅速加入亚硝酸钠水溶液，使邻氯苯胺氮化，生成重氮盐，在反应过程中应控制温度不超过10℃。然后采用 Sandmeyer反应，在反应体系中加入催化剂溴化亚铜及氢溴酸，分解重氮盐，分解反应在沸腾温度下进行，反应完成后，静置，取出下面的有机层，用水洗涤，经干燥除去水分，减压精馏，可制得邻溴氯苯。
  • 方法一:由邻氯苯胺重氮化，再与溴化亚铜反应而得。将邻氯苯胺与48%的氢溴酸混合，加冰降温到0℃，于搅拌下迅速加入亚硝酸钠水溶液，加碎冰使温度保持在10℃以下。然后将氯化亚铜和氢溴酸混合物加热至沸后加入重氮液。控制重氮液加入速度，维持反应在沸腾下进行。重氮液加完后，产物随水蒸气蒸出，从馏出液中分离出有机相（下层液），用浓硫酸洗涤，水洗，用5%氢氧化钠溶液洗，再用氯化钙干燥后蒸馏，收集199-201℃（98.4kPa）馏分即为成品。
