  • ⑶. 可以对多种官能团进行甲基化，可以脱除保护基团，合成其它甲基化有机金属试剂，可以作为碱以及还原过渡金属等。溶剂和卤素对用到非溶剂化的甲基锂的反应有很大的影响。
  • ①.加成反应 ；与甲基格氏试剂相比，甲基锂与环烃、杂环以及脂肪族化合物的1,2
