  • 毒性:氟能使钙沉淀,造成钙磷代谢紊乱,出现骨硬化。急性中毒时白细胞减少,对中枢神经系统肌肉、胃肠道及皮肤有损害。经口中毒时,可用2%苏打溶液(用1%氯化钙溶液或石灰水更好),经胃管充分洗胃,阿托品(0.1%溶液mL)皮下重复给药。根据症状给予心血管系统药物。最高容许浓度为0.2 mg/m 3 。操作时要戴防毒口罩,防止粉尘吸入,必须戴橡皮手套、头盔或其他防尘帽,穿防水防尘工作服。设备应密闭,注意除尘。应定期检查空气中含氟化钡的浓度。采用局部及全面通风。
