  • 方法二:以 1,4-二氯-2-硝基苯为原料,经氨化制得。氨化反应可以在高压釜内间歇进行,即用 27%氨水,温度 170-175℃,压力 32-35Pa,约 2.5h 内完成,后经精制得成品。氨化反应也可在管式反应器内连续进行,即用 27%氨水,温度 205-208℃,压力 200Pa。。 将 1,4-二氯-2-硝基苯 28L/h 和 27%氨水 140L/h (两者的物质的量比为 1:10) 以及 80℃水 50L/h 分别经计量槽用泵送往混合喷嘴,混合后经预热器加热至 180℃,然后加入蛇管区,管内温度为 205-208℃。反应在两个塔内完成,塔的内径为 90mm,长 4m,塔内压力 200Pa,压力的调节依靠膨胀器前面的减压阀进行。4-氯-2-硝基苯胺、水、氯化铵和过量的氨经减压阀放出,沿切线方向进入膨胀器后减为常压,膨胀器内温度约 85℃,通过膨胀器顶部喷洒热的冷凝水控制。大部分过量的氨经冷却器去氨吸收塔回收。膨胀器内黏稠物被加热至 80-90℃,以蒸发出更多的氨。黏稠物内含有微细分散的 4-氯-2-硝基苯胺、氯化铵涪液和 3%游离氨。黏稠物通过螺旋出料器取出后,进行抽滤,得到产品 4-氯-2-硝基苯胺,熔点 114-114.5℃。若其他条
