用途七:营养增补剂(铁质强化剂)。
方法二:还原法将氢氧化铁于110～120℃干燥后研成细粉，以薄层放人瓷管或耐熔玻璃管中，然后将管子放入电炉内。先通入干燥氢气流排出管中的空气，继续通人氢气并将管子逐渐加热至深红炽热。还原作用进行到管内不再产生水分为止。让管子在氢气流中完全冷却后，制得铁粉成品。其 2Fe(OH)3+3H2→2Fe+6H2O
