  • Classical permanganate cleavage of olefins is difficult to control, and normally proceeds to the highest possible oxidation level.   • 方法二:焙烧法-电解法 将软锰矿与氢氧化钾混合成浆料,用压缩空气将物料喷入焙烧转炉,在250~300℃下氧化成锰酸钾。焙烧物用稀碱液或洗涤水浸取,经过滤、除杂质得锰酸钾。 2Mn02+4KOH+O2→2K2MnO4+2H2O 由于固相法传质、传热困难,操作环境差,设备庞大,能耗高,将逐渐被淘汰。锰酸钾电解氧化制取高锰酸钾的过程与液相法相同。作为食品添加剂的高锰酸钾,还需经重结晶以除去重金属和砷等。 液相氧化法-电解法 将软锰矿粉(0.074mm)与200℃以上80%的氢氧化钾溶液混合,并在300℃下,在第一反应器中通空气,使二氧化锰氧化成亚锰酸钾,然后溢流至第二反应器进一步氧化成锰酸钾。反应液经热过滤,用100℃、60%的KOH溶液洗涤,滤饼溶于稀碱液或洗涤水,经沉淀、分离和除杂后得锰酸钾。 锰酸钾用系统内的电解终液调制成电解始液,组成如下:锰酸钾≥180g/L;碳酸钾<60/L;氢氧化钾50~60g/L。电解始液在60℃下进入钢板制成的电解槽,阳极用镍板(或镀镍钢板),阴极用铁条。阳极与阴极的面积比为1:(8~10),电流容量

  • 强氧化剂:高锰酸钾具有强氧化性,在实验室中和工业上常用作氧化剂,味甜而涩,溶于水,溶液呈紫红色,遇乙醇即分解。在酸性介质中会缓慢分解成二氧化锰和氧。光对这种分解有催化作用,故在实验室里常存放在棕色瓶中。从元素电势图和自由能的氧化态图可看出,它具有极强的氧化性。在碱性溶液中,其氧化性不如在酸性中的强。作氧化剂时其还原产物因介质的酸碱性而不同。 本品遇有机物时即释放出初生态氧和二氧化锰,而无游离状氧原子放出,故不出现气泡。初生态氧有杀菌、除臭、解毒作用,高锰酸钾抗菌除臭作用比过氧化氢溶液强而持久。二氧化锰能与蛋白质结合成盐,在低浓度时呈收敛作用,高浓度时有刺激和腐蚀作用。其杀菌力随浓度升高而增强,0.1%时可杀死多数细菌的繁殖体,2%~5%溶液能在24小时内可杀死细菌芽孢。在酸性条件下可明显提高杀菌作用,如在1%溶液中加入1.1%盐酸,能在30秒钟内杀死炭疽芽孢。 常用0.1%溶液内服,治疗牛和羊前胃弛缓、马及其他动物急性胃肠炎、腹泻等。幼雏饮用配成0.01%的溶液,0.1%溶液外用可冲洗黏膜及皮肤创伤、溃疡等。0.05%~0.1%溶液洗胃,用于内服某些有机物的中毒;1%溶液用于毒蛇咬伤的伤口冲洗。全鱼池泼洒:每升水4~5mg高锰酸钾溶液,治疗鱼水霉病及原虫、甲壳类等寄生虫。每升水100mg浓度药浴30分钟,治疗大麻哈鱼卵膜软化症。常用0.1%~0.12%溶液消毒被病毒和细菌污染的蜂箱。高锰酸钾与福尔马林联合使用,可用于畜(禽)舍、孵化室等空气熏蒸消毒。
