• 方法一:由赖氨酸脱羧而得。实验室制备可从戊二腈出发：将戊二腈的无水乙醇溶液煮沸后，以较快的速度加入金属钠，反应完后加入水，将乙醇蒸出，剩余的反应物用过热蒸汽蒸馏。馏出物用稀盐酸中和，蒸干，剩余物以冷无水乙醇洗涤，再用少量固体氢氧化钾及水分解所得的盐酸盐，蒸去水，减压蒸馏，即得尸胺。
