  • 方法一:由赖氨酸脱羧而得。实验室制备可从戊二腈出发:将戊二腈的无水乙醇溶液煮沸后,以较快的速度加入金属钠,反应完后加入水,将乙醇蒸出,剩余的反应物用过热蒸汽蒸馏。馏出物用稀盐酸中和,蒸干,剩余物以冷无水乙醇洗涤,再用少量固体氢氧化钾及水分解所得的盐酸盐,蒸去水,减压蒸馏,即得尸胺。
