  • 方法一:1849年曼斯菲尔德从煤焦油中分离出苯。1876年后实现了从焦炉煤气回收苯,1961年实现烷基苯脱烷基制苯。近年用甲苯歧化制苯和二甲苯,还从裂解汽油中分离苯。不同国家和地区苯的生产和供应情况不尽相同,美国主要从重整汽油中获得,西欧主要来自裂解汽油,我国则主要由重整汽油及炼焦副产品生产。1.炼焦副产回收苯高温炼焦副产的高温焦油中,含有一部分苯。首先经初馏塔初馏,塔顶得轻苯,塔底得重苯(重苯用作制取古马隆树脂的原料)。轻苯先经初馏塔分离,塔底混合馏分经酸碱洗涤除去杂质,然后进吹苯塔蒸吹,再经精馏塔精馏得纯苯。2.铂重整法用常压蒸馏得到的轻汽油(初馏点约138℃),截取大于65℃馏分,先经含钼催化剂,催化加氢脱出有害杂质,再经铂催化剂进行重整,用二乙二醇醚溶剂萃取,然后再逐塔精馏,得到苯、甲苯、二甲苯等产物。3.裂解汽油制苯法裂解汽油一般含芳烃约40%-70%。芳烃中含苯约37%,甲苯约14%,二甲苯约5%。用加氢脱烷基法提取苯。首先将裂解汽油进行二段催化加氢,催化脱烷基和氢气提纯,将烷基苯转化成苯,然后经分馏得到苯。
